Context & Objectives

IDH India partnered with IRFT to strengthen regenerative agriculture practices in coffee supply chains by transforming technical Packages of Practices (PoPs) into accessible, visually engaging training materials for smallholder farmers and field staff.

Approach & Methodology

IRFT designed a structured Training of Trainers (ToT) programme, combining technical content development with participatory training delivery. Materials were tailored to the needs of farmers, extension workers, and community stakeholders.
