Syngenta ‘Me & Mine’ programme was designed by IRFT to motivate the Syngenta team and all the stakeholders towards ownership of the FLA Code of Conduct – Child Labour and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) specifically. (This was an Award-winning CSR project by Syngenta, India)
Replication of this CSR project – Syngenta ‘Me & Mine’ in 8 countries of Southeast Asia & 4 countries in Europe – Through TOT Training to Country Heads & Field staff
