IRFT is passionately committed to restoring the rights of the small and marginalized Rights Holders, through sustained global partnerships with renowned brands, as influencers and grassroot implementors, promoting clean and transparent supply chains.We believe that respecting the Human Rights Due Diligence process, ensures that Human Rights risks are explored with a view to mitigate and remediate that can enhance the livelihoods of farmers and workers that are the heart beat of any supply chain.
The proven success of IRFT interventions lies in the innovative methodology to probe sensitively on Human Rights risks and present a balanced view towards remediation and continuous improvement processes, to address risks in the larger interests of doing better business The three verticals of IRFT, lends credence to the passion that started 30 years ago and has evolved into the meaningful work, that keeps a young team of professionals thoroughly motivated & engaged.
